Again we have driven for miles and miles searching for somewhere to eat breakfast. This area of Louisa a and Texas seems very depressed. I guess people don’t go out for breakfast. They do seem to go to church and drink lots of booze judging by how many churches and liquor stores we have passed!In Texas we saw a lot of oil fields- they had as many as 20 or 30 small oil pumps scattered across them, with several storage tanks located next to the road. Wish I’d gotten a picture! We drove along side a lake following signs to a promising restaurant but it was closed. Saw a paddlewheeler though.Finally ended up at a donut shop in a town called Marshall 920 E Main St Uvalde, TX 78801 Hot, sunny 33
