Edward James friend built a house with the same whimsical flare as Edward James garden. His grandaughter still owns it and runs it as a hotel.We stayed at this hotel when we did our first Mexican group tour. Each room is totally unique if not the most efficient. To get to the second floor you have to take a small wrought iron spiral staircase or go across the hall to a narrow cement staircase, then cross back to the room across the patio upstairs.We enjoyed a swim in the pool after our long day’s ride.Had dinner in another Italian restaurant. Nice patio overlooking the valley.
