Whew, we made it! A lady came out at the address we were given (no name on the building) She opened the door for us and put a board down over the curb and sidewalk so we could park the bike in the hallway.I chose the front room because it looked like the biggest room. This is an old colonial building with a makeshift bathroom built in one corner. We had to shower in another room because the shower heater didn’t work in ours. There was a nice garden at the back of the long narrow house and a rooftop patio with a great view of the volcanoes in the distance. The owner of the hotel also owns an English school so we met many students from the states and elsewhere staying there.Suela, the housekeeper made us some food, eggs and beans for which we very great full because we were starved. 2 Avenida Sur Antigua Guatemala Rain 23
