We followed the river for a long time after we came down off of the mountain and we are still following along the river. Met a couple of guys in a small town called Limatambo. They were from Columbia and rode to Machu Pichu and were now heading home. There was no gas in the town ,at least not premium. Bill prefers it for the bike so we continued on.And so now we’re climbing headed to Cuzco which is very high and right now we’re at about 2000 mts so we have a lot of climbing to do.It was cloudy when we left this morning and now it is beginning to rain at about 3300 meters.pes3 Highway continues to be a very good road two lanes, well paved well maintained and with a center line which makes it easy for knowing where you’re supposed to be on the road.
