leaving Ilave We got up this morning and went looking for coffee. There were very few stores open and the couple of coffee shops we had seen last night were not open. So we went to the market and in the market there was a lady selling a bun with cheese on it, which we bought and then further along there was another lady- many of them actually -who was making fresh smoothies so we sat down and had a smoothie. By this time it was after 8 o’clock so we thought maybe the coffee shops would be open and they were. The only problem was none of them had any coffee! So we’re on the road this morning without any coffee at all and hopefully we will be able to find some quickly in Copacabana Bolivia. We will be crossing the border in about an hour and it’ll be interesting to see how it goes. So we are driving along the shores of Lake Titicaca. Lake Titicaca is on our left and there is a rain storm going on over top of it also we see Fish nets out in the water. I’m not how they work, if they are some kind of gill net or not.On our right hand side are low mountains like foothills and they’re covered with pre-inca terracing, very interesting to see some of them are still being used.
