Another dry and sandy campground on the edge of town. Today it is hot. I hope it cools off tonight for sleeping. because we had stopped in the day for lunch and had hamburgers and fries for dinner I decided to just cook some soup. We had mushroom soup bread and cheese it was a good dinner. It did cool off a little bit as the evening war on and about 10 o’clock I went to bed. Bill came baby an hour later and also came to bed. At about 1:30 in the night a huge winter came up and blue and blue and blue! I thought it was going to blow the tent over. It stopped after about half an hour and I went back to sleep. Its campground is very busy with family and there is a lot of light. On every post there is a street light so its like daytime you have no problem see. In the morning when we got up we discovered that one of the back for our fold up chairs was missing. I searched everywhere I could find in the campground and no luck could not find it. Oh well. We packed up and got on the road about 9:30 and that’s where we are right now.
