We booked a boat ride into the falls. First we went really close to Devils throat and then to a couple of other falls. Everyone got absolutely soaked, which of course was the point. Then the boat took us down the Iguazu river to a point where we were picked up by a waiting open truck and driven through the jungle back to the beginning. A guide described the flora and fauna found there and answered any questions.The sky cleared for our run down the river so we didn’t get cold while being soaking wet. However the bus that took us back to our hotel had on its airconditioning so it really was cold.The jungle is full of lots of colourful butterflies. Not many stayed still long enough to be photographed.
