This was the best day ever for a ride. The Sun was shining, the sky was blue, it was just Grand. We started out on the road which is Highway 40 that took us up into the mountains and across the Devil’s Backbone. We spent some time at the Devil’s Backbone taking pictures and then continued on. The highest point we reached was about 2700 meters. Right now we’re driving through a Pine Forest at about 2700 meters across the top of the mountain. There is a lot of logging going on here and lots of lumber being made. I think that is the main kind of work for people who live here. The air is chilly so very brisk. Like I said the sky is so clear and blue there isn’t a single cloud. Sunny 22
