over the last few hours we have come out of the mountains and down into low valley. The temperature has gone from + 18 – 2 + 35. When it gets really hot I don’t ever feel like eating. Bill had to decide to stop and get some food because I wasn’t telling him to stop. there was no menu at this restaurants in the various things that the restaurant had and we made our choices. I decided on shrimp. She asked me which way I wanted them and then Ruffles off a whole lot of different possibilities such as garlic sauce, butter or El Diablo. I decided on El Diablo. Bad Choice! It turned out the shrimp’s were only butterflied not taken out of their shells. Then they were covered in this spicy red Diablo sauce. I had to somehow pull the shrimp out of their shells in the sauce and got lots of red sauce all over my fingers – it was very difficult and messy. And the shrimps were overcooked too.
