We stopped for lunch in a pretty restaurant on the highway. As usual we were pretty much the only patrons. We had horchatas to drink. They were nice and cold and a little bit chocolatey. Very good. We both ordered the caldo de gallons, me the small and Bill the large. The only difference was his came with a piece of over cooked chicken on the side! We shared the chicken by adding it to our soup. It was tasty but vastly overpriced for what we got.Horrors! Bill just discovered he has lost his phone
