This is a slightly sad hotel that has seen better days However the rooms are huge and the air-conditioning works. The showers have no heads but the water is Luke warm, perfect for this extremely hot climate 36C!The bed looks OK bit the pillows are horrible lumpy messes. The one on the bed was flat as a lumpy pancake. The one they brought us is thick and hard. I’ll just use my camp pillow.Apparently they only eat papusas in this town. We couldn’t find even one restaurant. We ended up at a Pizza Hut of all things. At least they had air-conditioningAny upscale business like a Pizza Hut has an armed guard standing at the door. This one is an older man with a gun and a Billy club
