We booked this hotel on line after reading some mixed reviews. It was a good choice. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed lunch at the Italian restaurant on the property then took the hiking path down to the river..In the evening we took a night hike right from the hotel property and saw creatures such as the pizotes, a raccoon cousin, and agoutis which are similar to guinea pigs. The rest of the sightings were insects such as crickets, spiders, click bugs, tarantulas, and scorpions. Partly cloudy 35
