We were following the gps to a different hotel when we saw this one. There was a nice young couple tidying the front steps and they welcomed us in. The young man showed us a large bright room with a kingsized bed and we asked him how much. $20.US! We’re not in Costa Rica anymore.The only issue we had here is that during Good Friday nobody is working. So no stores or restaurants were open. We found a taco stand and had a few tacos. This evening we ate cup a soup. Not the greatest nutrition today.We went to the main square after dark just when the procession of Jesus ‘ corpse was leaving from the church.We joined the waiting crowd and had cafesitas and pancakes with queso. Delicious.
