We stayed in a hotel on the ‘other side of the tracks’. The room was unique in that they had decorated the interior with strips of bark covered wood- the parts that are cut off logs when making boards. They had preserved them with clear varnish. This covering was on both walls and ceilings so the room was quite dark.Later in the day we started our little wall mounted gas heater. It did a good job of keeping the nightime chill out of our room. Daytime temperatures here at this time were 29C. Nightime temperatures 2C! brrr. Francisco Villa Centro Creel, Chihuahua Sunny 17
