We arrived in Porto, Portugal in the late afternoon and went to the desk to pick up our rental car. Apparently it was the wrong desk. The attendent told us to go outside the airport to another desk. They told us to cross the road. We found the right office but they didn’t have a car reserved for us. It turned out ok though.
