Lunch stop

Notes:
We were treated to a seafood lunch at a restaurant about half way to Cairo. I just couldn’t handle the smell of the room! I don’t know if they used some kind of cleaner or ”air freshener” but the smeall actually hurt the back of my throat. So I sat outside on the stairs and watched them cook our fish.
The fish was delicious! There were several different kinds and we shared them among ourselves

The highway to Cairo took us along the Red Sea. The closer we got to the city, the more sea side condos clustered along the coast.
The ring road around the city was jam packed with traffic. The drivers don’t respect lanes and push their way across lanes and even making three lanes out of two. Bill said that the traffic wasn’t too bad from his perspective but I was in the truck and it looked crazy to me. But anyway.we made it!
Our hotel is directly across from the great pyramids and consequently a beer costs $11.00cdn!Segment 2 located at: https://www.google.com/maps/@29.9890705,31.1296794,100m/data=!3m1!1e3Shared via Flexible Journal
